Who I Am

I'm Farzaneh, a frontend developer who genuinely enjoys crafting clean, pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma or any well-designed UI concept. Turning a static design into something that feels smooth, intuitive, and alive is the part of my work I love most.

How It Started

My relationship with the web goes back to 2013, when I was just 14. I had a small blog-like page where I used simple animations and whatever tools I could find to make it prettier and more expressive. I would spend hours refining it, experimenting, and trying to make it feel truly “mine.” I didn’t know it then, but that curiosity was my first real step toward web development.

Choosing the Path

Years later, when it came time to choose a university major, the decision came naturally. Computer Engineering aligned with the way I think and what I enjoy. During my studies, as I explored different areas of computer science, I realized that web development—especially the frontend—was where creativity, logic, and visual problem-solving merged perfectly for me. That’s when I fully committed to the field and later strengthened my foundation through a specialized bootcamp.

Why Clean Architecture Matters to Me

I care deeply about simplicity and clarity. A user shouldn’t struggle with complexity just to complete a small task. When a non-technical person interacts with something I’ve built, my goal is for them to reach their objective without friction—no confusion, no cognitive load. I can’t promise perfection every time, but I always aim for refinement, thoughtful design, and a smooth experience.

React, Next.js, and the Tools I Love

Learning React wasn’t easy at first, but once everything clicked, the whole ecosystem began to make sense. Moving to Next.js made things feel even more natural, and at this point, I actually enjoy working with Next more than React itself. Tailwind CSS also became one of my favorite tools. After learning it, my development speed and confidence increased dramatically. It felt like my plain CSS had been handed a magic wand—and over time, Tailwind became essential in my workflow.

What I Enjoy Building

I love working on data-driven applications the most. They sit at the intersection of UI work and problem-solving and challenge me in a way that keeps me mentally engaged. Performance and loading optimization are areas I’m actively learning more about, and I enjoy finding ways to make applications faster and more efficient. Right now, I’m focused on building more Next.js applications and exploring routing, performance, and scalability in depth.

Beyond Code

Outside of development, I spend a lot of time exploring self-development and understanding how the mind works. I also enjoy learning new languages—it’s both playful and meaningful for me, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to grow.
